Wonder is one of my favourite books. It is a heartwarming story about the challenges faced by Augie - a ten year old boy with a genetic disorder that causes facial deformity. Due to his different look, he's often shunned and treated cruelly by others. I am drawn to Augie's resilience, perseverance, and strength in overcoming his disability.
